                                           RESERVATION CONDITION

O V E R N I G H T in apartment included in price: apartment rental, WiFi Internet, water and power, use of kitchen and utensils, towels or toiletries, once weekly change of bed clotes as well a parking space.
Not included in price: Insurence, food and towels for the beach. - Guests must provide these. Cleaning fee is 40 euro for each apartment . Tourist tax is 1.60 euro/night for person older then seven. Price for animals is 10 euro/night. Rent a boat is 25 euro/hour. 
Discount: 1 children under 3 years of age who are not in use of bed are gratis.
For each booked and unused day 70% of the apartment price is paid.
Check in: after 15:00 
Check out: till  09:00
Terms of payment:
* 100% of the amount to be paid immediately
*  30% of the amount now, 70% of the amount in cash on arrival
*  30% of the amount now, 70% of the amount 30 days before arrival
